bridge the food gap .

Importance of the project:

Chapter (3) ….

Size and Location

The project needs an area of 70-100 m which is allocated about 50 square meters open area not covered to store dates before packing in addition to conducting initial screening in this area and would prefer that the place is close to areas of producing dates .

The size and location:

Line of preparation

The process of preparation by the following sequence of dates -:

1-Clean air dates :After unloading boxes of dates within the tank made of stainless steel and supplied with the possibility of degree of vibration control to ensure the

Line for the preparation of dates:

transported. Is discharge to the conveyor is made of stainless steel to ensure the transfer of dirt around the compound for vibration during suction with the possibility of dust into the room of dust so as to ensure non-scattering dust

during the work device.

2 -The hand count :It carried out during the course of dimensions of productivity change in turn

required.

especially for this purpose .

4-Drying: Drying is carried through a tunnel equipped with a series for the transfer of product is made of stainless steel with variable speed drive system and thermal drying is carried out by the distribution of hot air inside the dryer to ensure full coherence with the temperature inside the holes of standard to control the

direction of the air .

5 -Remove the cores dates : Transfer date of the cistern electric shaker to a particular cylinder to remove cores

within the dates .

Social Profitability

1-incease employment opportunities for various youth and women .

2-openning new areas for development which helps to increase investment in

Sinai .

3-High standard of living of the

Individual .

4-Invasion of the desert through the exploitation

of barren land through building factories.

Our Project has positive points that affect the social profitability:

5-the use of dates in several industries and the exploitation of the damaged ones for feed and also can be used in the

Manufacture of molasses .

Not surprising that the mine is described as a food dates to the large number of metals such as phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, sodium, potassium, sulfur and chlorine .

*Dates also contain vitamins and sugars that simple and easy to installation.

*Palm tree is benefiting and have many parts such as fruit , wood, and leaves .

*And many of the country, producing dates, Saudi, Egypt, Iraq, Bahrain, UAE, Sudan .

*And has become a growing and manufacture dates important part of economic activity. Therefore, the State sponsored large-scale projects for the cultivation of palm and maintains and increase production and improves the quality.
