The Apostolic Revival Church (ARC) of

Philadelphia is a Member Church of the United Pentecostal Church

International. The Church is Ministered by

Pastor John Edwards.

believe in the entire Christian Bible as the only

true and Divine Word of God (Jesus) to receive Salvation

and become a Christian.

The Apostolic Revival Church is a Spirit filled multi-cultural

community of Believers from all walks of life. We are located in

vicinity of Kensington Community of Philadelphia PA,

in the United States where Pastor John A. Edwards and his

family was born and raised.

We are dedicated to servicing our Church Community in whatever

way possible. We personally invite you to visit one of our exciting

services listed at our Site. Come see what the Lord has in store for you! It is our desire to help you connect

to the Lord Jesus Christ in a personal and powerful way.

We are Believers in the entire Bible and in the Apostolic

Doctrine as stated at Acts 2 verse 38 that says: "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the

name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall

receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

We also strongly believe in Holiness and living a daily Holy Life as Christian Believers. This is absolutely required to remain saved all the days of our lives. This we believe in accordance

with the Christian Bible Scriptures at Hebrews 12 verse 14 and Matthew 24 verses 13-14

(KJV).

The Main Mission of the Apostolic Revival Church (ARC) of

Philadelphia is to work on behalf of Jesus (the one and only true God) in accordance with the Preaching and Teaching of the Apostles in the New

Testament Christian Bible from Acts 2 verse 38 Christian Salvation Process and Hebrews 12 verse 14

daily manner of Holy Living.

In doing so, the purpose is to help the unsaved receive

Salvation and those already saved remain saved…“That he

might present to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such

thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish”

(Ephesians 5 verse 27).

The Church Missions Ministries and Departments of the

Apostolic Revival Church (ARC) include: Missions

Outreach Ministry, Sunday School Ministry, Prayer Fasting Ministry, Youth Teens Ministry,

Men's Ministry, Women's Ministry, Children Kids

Therefore, the Apostolic Revival Church (ARC) of Philadelphia Mission is to work daily and all the days of our lives on behalf of

Jesus Christ to help our neighbors receive the Holy

Ghost Salvation from Jesus and remain saved Members of the

Church.

What we Believe (How to be saved)

To be saved and become a Christian, the Apostolic Revival Church (ARC) of Philadelphia

believe what the Bible says. That is, “As we said before, so say I now

again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have

received, let him be accursed” Galatians 1 verse 9, KJV.

…And “Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to

suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day; and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in

his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

…And ye are witnesses of these things. And, behold, I

send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem,

until ye be endued with power from on high” (Luke

24 verses 46-49, KJV).

We also believe all Christians must receive the Holy Ghost

(the Spirit of God) as a matter of importance as written in

Romans 8 verse 9 (KJV) that says: "But ye are not in the

flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in

you.

Therefore, each person will need to repent of their sins, be

baptized in the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38) and then seek and receive the Spiritual Gift of

the Holy Ghost. That is the Christian Salvation and process preached, taught and practiced

by the Apostles in the New Testament.

We believe in living a daily Holy Life as Holy Ghost filled

Christian Believers to remain saved all the days of our lives as

Christians. We believe this in accordance with the Christian Bible Scriptures at Hebrews 12 verse 14 and Matthew 24 verses

13-14 (KJV).

East Sedgley Avenue in the Kensington Community of North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the

United States. The broader Church Community also include Erie

Avenue and the surrounding areas in North Philadelphia.
