Our Students• Ages 16 through 24• U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal resident,
or permanent resident alien• Has not completed high school• Cannot afford college• Trouble with reading and math• Prefers to work with their hands/

keep a job• Is 19 years old • Low income or non supportive family
Who to Refer?• Alexa is 18 and is struggling to complete her HS diploma. She is a C average
student, even with her IEP accommodations. She still wants a college
experience.
• Tyler is 17 and has struggled with school, especially reading-heavy subjects.
He works much better with his hands. He’ll come to school on the days he
has shop class.
• Dante is 20 and works 2 part-time after school to support his family, but has a
hard time keeping a job.
• Sierra is 19 and a single mother of two children. She would like additional
training in the medical field, but she cannot afford daycare.
• Carrie is 17 and does not have a stable or supportive family and therefore
struggles with school. She has so much potential!
