measures that ensure checks and balances, this would curtail national coalition dragging the name of the global campaign into muddy

waters.”

demand and not the global campaign dictating the agenda. Therefore, there is a need to

redefine PWYP as Campaign being driven by national/continental agendas and also PWYP should facilitate access to funding for local
