Our skin is made of intricate fiber matrix of collagen and elastin - proteins that keep skin firm. But as we age, skin starts loosing fat and starts thinning thus starts sagging. Here are a few quick tips to prevent wrinkles & skin aging:

• Quit Smoking: It constricts the capillaries in your body, reducing blood flow to your face and withholding essential oxygen supply and thus adds to wrinkles.

• Avoid Sun Exposure: Sun causes your skin to wrinkle and can damage the collagen and elastin in your skin. Use sunscreens to protect your skin from harmful rays.

• Proper Diet: Include a lot of antioxidants and saturated fat in your meal. (for E.g. spinach, walnuts, cranberries, avocado, dark chocolate )

• Stay Hydrated & moisturize your skin : Stay hydrated and use non toxic moisturizer.

• Relax: Get enough of sleep to reduce stress
