How To Manual for New Teachers
There are many new teachers who are entering the field of education each year. These teachers are excited and have high expectations of becoming the best school teachers to help children learn. Although new teachers are exposed to new teacher orientations, there are specific procedures that are unique to each school building that are sometimes inexplicitly communicated to new teachers. Therefore, this session is to share how BD Lee Elementary School has designed a "How to Manual" for their new teachers to use a a reference guide. Although this manual is crafted specifically for BDLS teachers there are some items that are district-wide initiatives which will be useful for any new teacher within the school district. Hopefully, by sharing this information, it will be a useful tool for new teachers throughout the district to use as a reference guide.
