• Does an e-portfolio present developed skills or encourage learning of new ones?

• Can we attribute particular skill development to e-portfolios?

• What can we meaningfully assess?

'A well-executed e-portfolio program is an incredible tool for education. They provide institutions with authentic assessments of student learning and promote the deeper learning that we want for our students. I don't understand why more institutions aren't using them.'
