The Financial Opportunity

• Our goal is to raise $800,000 – Once achieved, the fund will stop raising money for the current project

• The fund works in participation units. Each unit is the equivalent of $50,000 that will serve as collateral

Compounded Annual Return

• The total return for each unit is 27% for an investment period of 3 years– This is a compounded annual return of 9%

A sole investor may purchase up to four units

– The payback is guaranteed by Mr.Leibowitz. as the commitment is bound within the funds’ contract
