Family Dinner

“What are you getting, deary?” asked my Aunt Sally.

“I was thinking of getting a salad. What about you Aunty?” I asked.

“Oh I don’t know…there’s nothing that appeals to me. Why did we have to come here for dinner? There are so many nicer

places.”

I glanced over at my mother to see her shaking her head. Just then the waiter

came by and took our orders. When it was my Aunt’s turn to order, she made a fuss

about the choices.

I looked at the waiter apologetically and

said to him “Sir, Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally”
