There are a variety of ways to make a payment depending on where funds are coming from, who they are going to, and how often you want them to occur. Use this helpful chart to find the best option for you.

Make or schedule a one-time loan payment from an internal account within Online Banking or our mobile app. Schedule recurring payments from within Online Banking and never miss a due date. Loan payments from a GECU account within Online or Mobile Banking can be sent in real-time, scheduled for a future date, or scheduled to reoccur.
Within Online Banking1. Click Make/Schedule a Payment under the Move Money tab.2. Select account you want to make a payment From and the loan account to
make a payment on in the To field. Select the date to pay and amount.3. Make this a recurring payment by checking Repeat. Select the frequency,
date, and duration of the repeating payments and click Save.4. Click Make transfer and Confirm.
Note: To edit/delete scheduled payments, click View Scheduled Transfers under Move Money.
Within Our Mobile App1. Tap Transfers. (Android™ users, first tap the menu icon.)2. Select the account to pay funds From and the loan account To pay.3. Enter the payment amount.4. Tap Transfer and Confirm.Note: Recurring internal transfers cannot be set up or managed in the Mobile Banking app.

Make or schedule a one-time or recurring loan payment from an external (other financial institution) account within Online Banking or our mobile app. To do so, you will need your other financial institution’s routing number and account number.
Within Online Banking1. Click External Transfer for Payment under the Move Money tab.2. Choose Make payment and select Pay from bank account.3. Select the type of account to make the payment from then enter the
routing number and account number. Click Continue. » The new external bank account automatically populates the From
field and will appear as an option for future payments until deleted. 4. Select the loan to pay in the Pay Loan field. 5. Make the payment recurring by checking the Repeat box and select the
frequency and length of the recurring payment.6. Read and check I agree to the terms & conditions and click Continue.7. Review and Make Payment.
Note: You cannot edit scheduled payments from an external source but you can cancel and reestablish them by clicking External Transfer for Payments under Move Money, then Cancel.
Within Our Mobile App1. Tap Make a Payment. (Android users, first tap the menu icon. Apple® users tap More.)2. Select the From account, then in the To field select the loan to pay.3. To add a new account, tap Add an Account at the bottom of your screen. Enter the account
type, routing number, and account number, then Add account.4. Select the date to pay, amount, whether you want the payment to repeat, and Continue.5. Review and Make Payment.6. To view scheduled loan payments, tap Scheduled Payments.
Make/Schedule a Payment from an External (Non-GECU) Account2
With Web BillPay, receive and pay bills whenever and wherever you are, free of charge. Web BillPay is free to those with a GECU checking or HSA account enrolled in Online Banking or on our mobile app.
Within Online Banking1. Select Web BillPay.2. Enter the name of who you want to pay next to Who do you
need to pay?3. Select the payee from the Common Payees list (appears as you
type the name) or enter their information. Click Add. 4. Enter your account information, click Add Payee.5. Select the account you want to pay From, amount, and date.6. Click Pay Bill.
Within Our Mobile App1. Tap Bill Pay. (Android users, first tap the menu icon.)2. Enter the name of who you want to pay next to Who do you need to pay?3. Select the payee from the Common Payees list (appears as you type the name) or
enter their information. Click Add. 4. Enter your account information, click Add Payee. 5. Select the account you want to pay From, amount, and date.6. Click Pay Bill.

Making a Credit Card Payment4
You can make a payment from the Credit Card tab from an internal or external (non-GECU) account.
1. Select Credit Card from the main navigation bar.2. Click Payments, then Make a Payment. You may also
click the Make a Payment link found under the card detail or the link on the right on the homepage.
3. Select Amount to Pay within the One-Time Payment tab, and the Payment Date.
4. If needed, Edit Account Information. This can be from a GECU or another financial institution account.
5. Review and Submit.6. Verify payment details and Confirm, then Authorize.7. The final box is your payment confirmation.
Payments made via the Credit Card Access tab by 6:00 pm will be effective that day; payments made after 6:00 pm will be posted the next business day.
