Making Healthy choices is important for your body by giving essential nutrients
They help keep the body functioning as it should and strengthen you
They taste nice and refreshing
Avoid dangerous diseases.

- Sugar. Sugar is good only at moderation for energy. Too much becomes fat.
- Soft Drinks. They have a lot of calories and they are extremely unhealthy.
- Cheese. Cheese has calcium, but also has lots of fat

Refined and white food. These stick to your stomach so you should eat whole wheat instead.
