Click a button and the online planning calendar sends out an email to each bandmember.

They can accept or reject their schedule by clicking a button.

Each band member types in their availability. When you schedule practices and events, you can see who is available and who isn’t. Press a button and the software sends an email to everyone telling them what their role is and when all the practices and events are. They respond by accepting or rejecting the schedule. So you know who is coming and who needs replacing.
