I had the Lord...

Oh, no more than the sun could deny its beautiful clarity!

That He looked for me and called

me everywhere,

I’ve felt the Lord.

it touches my soul…

You kiss me with a kiss of love,

And with deep love,

I ask my beloved that he

give me another kiss from

his mouth.

I felt the holy and

divine union that my soul with her

God celebrated…

as a crystal drop joins

with an immense boundless sea...

I have felt the union,

they remain melted in love...

in that the soul is close to her lover,

a supreme moment, a celestial donation... happy wound,

The Soul speaks to God,

and God to the Soul

What is this union, who said it?

What is this love and calm?

I try to say it; I cannot.

Only one thing I

know:
