You can respond to a meeting invitation in Notification panel.

Select the Stage field for the search.

When the stages are added into the Advanced Search dialog, the process name will be appended.

The processes created in Administrator will be available in this dialog. Expand the process to select stages. You can select stages from different processes.

Stages that have been completed Stage age and target age are displayed.

Current stage Stage age and target age are displayed. Stage age is calculated automatically.

Stages that haven’t been worked on

0 indicates the stages are on time.

Negative numbers indicate the stages are ahead of schedule.

Positive numbers indicate the stages are behind schedule.

The processes created in Administrator are available in this dialog. Expand the process and stage to select the fields for stage age.

You need to specify a date field.

The Calculation Method field includes two items: Actual Age and Nearest Age.

You can define how the field will be displayed. There are three formats: Years, Years/Months/Days and Days.

There are three options in the drop-down: “equals”, “is between” and “will be”.

The format displayed in search dialog comes from the field definition. If the format for the field is Years or Days, only one field will be displayed. If the format of the field is Years/Months/Days, three fields will be available.

If the search criterion is “equals” or “is between”, you will search the value as of today.

If the search criterion is “will be”, you can search in a date range.

The icon indicates that there are contacts in the appointment.

Lou Jones’s calendar is selected. Appointments highlighted in blue indicate that Lou is an attendee of those appointments (regardless of whether he is the organizer or not). The red appointments indicate Joe Napoli is the organizer of those appointments and Lou is not in those appointment.

These color blacks represent 3 users and 1 location from the same appointment. You can quickly find out which user and location is busy in this time slot.

You can create a multi-day appointment by specifying different start and end dates.

You can select the All Day Event option to create an all-day appointment.

Press here to select an icon for the appointment

Press the Scheduling button to find free time for all users, location and resources in the appointment.

Merge field for appointment details. It shouldn’t be modified.

You can insert graphic and enter email contents into the template.
