Megan Douglas is a PR major in Red River College’s Creative Communications program, and a University of Winnipeg graduate (BA Rhetoric, Writing, and Communications). She is also a social media worshipper. She has kept up a Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Pinterest, Linkedin, and a blogspot account while also maintaining good grades and, among other things, an actual social life.

As the world is constantly evolving and moving in a direction that requires social media in day-to-day life, Megan began learning about the professional side of social media in recent years, after long using accounts for fun.

Having graduated from high school with honours in the French immersion, International Baccalaureate program, Megan is also bilingual and highly motivated with an eagerness to learn and expand her knowledge.

Megan hopes to graduate from college with the class of 2014, and to continue on with a career in PR using social media every step of the way.
