Michael is one of the most hardworking and dedicated individuals I know. Watching him on the Meats Judging Team gave me such joy when he continued to succeed

and surpass every expectation I had for him. This young man is beyond his years in terms of professionalism and work ethic. I admire him for what he has done so far at Minarets and I cannot even imagine what Michael will accomplish in the future. Michael is going to go on to do spectacular things and I am so excited for him!
