• Contract Period for All of Calendar Year 2016

• Goal is to Include Bargaining Unit Employees for Participating Organizations in Pilot 3.0 Covered Under the 0750 Performance Plan

• Bargaining Unit Participation Strictly as a Parallel Process to the Current Process; Proof of Concept Only, Not a System of Record or Official Performance Rating

• Real-time, Compete Employee Access to Their Performance Management

• Timeliness throughout the Entire Performance Cycle

• Expanded Centralized Library Content for Standardization and Consistency

• Transparent Record Keeping with Compete Audit Ability throughout the Entire Performance Cycle

• Increased Standardization of Performance Plans, Competencies, Goals, Elements and Standards
