• Pilot 2.0: for the VHA Workforce Service Program Office (10A2), VISN 5, VISN 10, and VISN 19 Non-Bargaining Employees

• Performance Ratings transmitted to VHA’s Position Management System

• Centralized Access: One Landing Page for Seamless Access

• Continuous Blended Learning to Include Instructor Led, Web-based Training and Job-based Training Aids

• Integrated Systems: Links Information from PAID, eOPF, (HRSMART – Future State)

• Contract Period for All of Calendar Year 2016

• Goal is to Include Bargaining Unit Employees for Participating Organizations in Pilot 3.0 Covered Under the 0750 Performance Plan

• Bargaining Unit Participation Strictly as a Parallel Process to the Current Process; Proof of Concept Only, Not a System of Record or Official Performance Rating

• Real-time, Compete Employee Access to Their Performance Management

• Timeliness throughout the Entire Performance Cycle

• Expanded Centralized Library Content for Standardization and Consistency

• Transparent Record Keeping with Compete Audit Ability throughout the Entire Performance Cycle
