Review Statewide Core Competencies There five Statewide Core Competencies. These competencies will be pre-populated for all employees. There will be NO ability to add or delete in this section.  The following Statewide Core Competencies populated for all evaluations:•Customer Service Orientation\•Team Work and Cooperation•Results Orientation •Accountability•Judgment and Decision Making There are two additional Statewide Core Competencies pre-populated for those individuals in a managerial job.

•Transformers of Government•Talent Management Helpful Hints:

•Discussion prior to entry keeps changes to a minimum •Employees will click “cancel” to exit the document if there are no changes•The manager can re-open the plan to make changes if necessary•If you have a mid-year or quarterly performance plan steps are the same.
