New Login Screen

New Bullseye Intranet and Knowledge Database. You can type in questions and the system will suggest different articles. Simply start searching for your topic in the “How can we help you?” box and suggested articles will show up.

If they aren’t what you are looking for, you can chat or email helpdesk from the screen.

Every page has a chat box for assistance. HelpDesk staff also have the ability to view and assist on your screen if you need additional help.

The chat thread is emailed to the agent when the conversation is marked as resolved for future reference. Expected wait time is 15 – 30 minutes during busy times but can be short as 5 minutes (during normal business hours).

We will issue ALERTS and helpful tips in the chat area to let you know about recent changes.

Our new Bullseye Intranet already has the Training, Technology, and Auction sections added. The Sales & Marketing and Specialty Marketing sections are being added over the next few months. We anticipate the transition will take approximately 6 months. During that time, you will still be able to access the old intranet at www.ucintranet.com

Listings>All Listings area allows for more detailed search and a new virtual postcard

Listing views (from time listing was created). Includes: agent, office, SPG sites and UnitedCountry.com listing hits

Updated contact area and contact record

Saved search area now works as a property tracker. Leads can sign up on agent websites and set their own criteria.

Bullseye is now tied to agent websites to receive text inquiries. Once a lead inquires on a listing, the information is texted to the agent’s cell number (if entered into BE agent contact data) and the agent is able to pull up the contact record on their cell phone.

Brokers and Office Managers can edit some office website information

Pictures must be 1140x400 in order to load

New agent record area with additional fields. Track event history (change in email, etc). Agents have access to change social media links, picture and biography on their own.
