floor the afternoon followinghis death.

He made the discovery af-ter being tipped off by amember of the public.

Crime scene investigatorSenior Constable Keith Cur-rie told the inquest he founda large pool of blood on thefloor of the hallway.

More blood covered thetiles of the bathroom, andsplattered a bedroom walladjacent to the door.

Fingerprint specialist Sen-ior Constable Stephen Cro-ker said Mr Thompson’s andMr Wesan’s prints werefound on porn DVDs in thelounge room. But he couldnot say how long they hadbeen there.

Mr Thompson’s printswere also found on the out-side of a sliding door and abedroom window.

Officer in charge of thecoronial investigation Detec-tive Sergeant Tony Henrysgave evidence that about 40minutes after Mr Condrickwas fatally stabbed, a callwas made from his stolenphone with a sim card as-sociated with Mr Thomp-son’s then 15-year-oldgirlfriend. Mr Thompsonspent nearly 12 months onremand charged with MrCondrick’s murder.
