NFHS Concussion Course Tutorial

Sign on to the NFHS Course Site from any Browser:

• The Concussion in Sports class is located under the ‘Free / Elective’ Course Section (lower left)

Once the Course is selected, you must log in to order

•Enter your email address and password •If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot Password’ and it will be sent to the email you entered. •If you have taken this course (or any of the courses) previously, you have an existing account. There is no need to ‘Register’ again and the system will not accept your entry if you do.

If you have not taken any NFHS Courses, clicking ‘Register’ will display this form. Complete all fields marked with *.

Once the form is completed, Click ‘Submit’ to finalize your registration

Now that you are logged in, select the Concussion Course (in the lower left corner)

Order the course

Order for yourself, then Continue

Click on ‘New Jersey’, then ‘SAVE’ then Checkout

To begin taking the test, click here

When you have completed the course, it will be listed under ‘Completed and Expired Courses on your Homepage •Click ‘Review’ to review the course again •Click ‘View/Print’ to print the Certificate of Completion’

•This will be displayed as a pdf •<Rt><Click> to display a print dialogue

•When completed, you can sign out. Congratulations!
