spanning 500 miles of off-road trails• Currently 600+ miles of Shared Route

(Porter & LaPorte Counties)

Complete Streets• The Complete Streets concept is an

initiative to design and build roads that adequately accommodate all users of a corridor, including pedestrians, bicyclists, users of mass transit, people with disabilities, the elderly, motorists, freight providers, emergency responders, and adjacent land users.

• Currently 130 adopted nationwide, with three MPO’s in Indiana
