Meaningful Use (MU) Public Health Reporting
The Eligible Professional (EP), Eligible Hospital {EH), or Critical Access Hospita l (CAH) is in active engagement with a Public Health Agency (PHA) or Clfn ical Data Registry (CDR) to submit electronic publ ic health data ii a meaningfu l way using Certified EHR Teehnotogy (CEHRT), exce pt where prohibited and in
accordance with applicable law and practice.

Have you Registered Intent to Report to Public Health?
Providers must have registered intent to submit data to Public Health any time before or within 60-days of the start of their chosen EHR Reporting Period . Providers may select any continuous 90-day period within the calendar year for the 2018 Payment Year.
If you have not registered intent to report to Public Health earlier this year or In a prior year, please regisler your intent on the MURPH Sy:stem. Registration or Intent shou ld NOT be re-done each year. You may edit an existing registration with any changes.
Providers may choose to meet the Modified Stage 2 or Stage 3 requirements in 2018. Please see additional details here: 2018- Modified Stagg_1_ or 2018 - Stag~.
