You must make 7 day healthy food diary.
Healthy means= Healthy choices and meeting the calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats column.

You must print screen each day and put it under your P4 graphs.
Healthy choices you must make sure you get as close as you can to the
recommended choices as you can.
When you do your 7 day food diary
Green means left to eat and red eat too much
Try getting as close as you can = Remaining as close to 0 as you can
So you will make 7 day food diary
