Recipe Pumpkin Bread

120 ml olive oil 37 grams raisins

37 grams chopped walnuts 37 grams caster sugar

225 grams self raising flour 2 eggs

250 grams of fresh or tinned pumpkin puree

Ingredients

sieve loaf tin

cooling tray whisk

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees, 180c.

Sift the flour and sugar in a bowl.

In another bowl break the eggs and whisk.

Add the flour and sugar to the pumpkin mixture.

Add the pumpkin, olive oil, eggs and mix.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix.

Grease the loaf tin and add the mixture.

Bake for 50 minutes.

Turnout the bread onto a cooling tray and serve.

Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
