Tips

Have one or 2 spare laptops/iPads

Have full support on the day from technicians for hardware andsoftware

Ensure that the working team are fully trained on the system soif there are any questions – you are not solely relied on

If cloud based, ensure you have a strong WiFi connection

Even though you will be allocating your budget differently, thetime and energy saved makes it worth it

Psychometrist/Industrial psychologist and supporting teamhave more time to focus on end to end logistics on the day andmore time to ensure the correct assessor processes are beenfollowed
