Below are the results of the Pharmacy Practitioner Survey conducted for the BS Pharmacy Feasibility Study. This survey of Pharmacists has 18 respondents who are working in different pharmacies and institutions in Albay province.
I. Socio-Demographic Profile
a. Gender

A large majority of the respondents are Female (89%) and the rest are Male (11%).
b. Civil Status

Majority of the respondents are Married (56%), while a significant percentage is Single (39%). One (1) falls into the category of Widow/Widower (6%).

c. Age
Average Age 34
The range of ages of respondents is from 26 to 66. Two (2) respondents did not answer this question. Nonetheless, the Average Age of respondents is 34 years.
d. Finished BS Pharmacy in what school?

A significant number of respondents got their BS Pharmacy degree from Centro Escolar University (33%) and University of Santo Tomas (33%). All other schools, Emilio Aguinaldo College, Saint Louis University, San Pedro College – Davao, Southwestern University, University of Perpetual Help and University of the Philippines each have one (1) respondent (6%).

The Year of Graduation of respondents is fairly distributed with one (1) graduate each for years 1946 to 2002 and then 2006 (1%). But two (2) respondents both graduated in 2005 (11%) and three (3) in 2008 (17%).
