• Please note that delivery charges are for delivery to a single destination and a $15 delivery charge is applicable for orders below $150 nett. If there is no recipient or no one at the delivery destination to receive the order, the order will be sent to the nearest Bengawan Solo Outlet for self-collection by the recipient.

• Delivery service is available daily unless otherwise stated. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed but Bengawan Solo will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery time slot as follow: Between A : 9am – 12pm B : 1pm – 4pm C : 3pm – 6pm D : 6pm – 8pm

• Special delivery arrangements such as specific time delivery requests (1 hour allowance, e.g. between 3pm to 4pm) are available at an additional charge of $10. This is subject to availability of time slots. We regret to inform that we do not make deliveries between 12pm – 1pm.

• Delivery to Sentosa (Only to Hotels or Resort at Lobby/Reception Area) is at an additional $10. Applies to all orders regardless of value.

• Delivery to Marina Bay Sands & restricted airline and cargo areas such as Airport Cargo Complex and Airline Road is at an additional $10. Applies to all orders regardless of value.

• Bengawan Solo reserves the right to change the delivery time slot.

Amendments & Cancellations• A minimum 2-working day notice in advance is required for any changes or amendments to orders.

• A change/cancellation surcharge of 50% of the order price will apply if the order is changed or cancelled less than 48 hours before collection/delivery date.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

Designs & Prices• All Premium 3D Cakes are not valid with any special promotions, credit card discounts or offers unless stated otherwise.

• Changes to cartoon character cakes are not allowed due to copyright reasons.

• Cake designs and colours are subject to minor variations.

• All prices are inclusive of the prevailing GST.

Orders• Please order at least 2 working days in advance (Not including day of order, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) before the desired collection/delivery date, unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be made in full upon ordering for all Phone, Email and Home Delivery orders. Only payment by Visa, MasterCard & AMEX will be accepted for all phone orders.

• 30% deposit is required for confirmation of orders taken and to be collected at the same outlet. Full payment at point of order is required for advance orders placed at one outlet and to be collected at another outlet, as well as for orders to be delivered. We regret that overseas orders will be accepted and confirmed only if payment is successfully processed via a Singapore-issued credit card.

• Advance orders are not valid with any Baby’s 1st Month or Wedding Voucher redemption.

Deliveries• Free delivery to a single location (Main island of Singapore) for orders $150 nett and above, but will not be available during festive periods. *(Festive periods include 3 days leading to Mother’s Day, 2 weeks prior to Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas and other Public Holidays.)

• Promotions, Discount coupons and Privilege cards are not valid with complimentary home delivery unless otherwise stated.
