assessed

Let’s PLAN to integrate our curriculum using the following steps:

“PL” is for PLAN LEARNING:• PLAN LEARNING to integrate your curriculum• Every year should begin with a PLAN

• Collaborating with a TEAM is most helpful• First: – Know the curriculum you need to teach

• Print your State Standards for the topics you teach• Make a list of specific standards that need to be covered in each area of

the curriculum• Ex: Science: Earth & Moon, Living & Non-living, Gravity, Heat & Light etc.

• From a printed Standards page:• Use the Blank Curriculum Topic/Theme form – Write in major topics and themes

• PLAN LEARNING to integrate your curriculum• Transfer the themes onto the monthly blank form• Blank Monthly form • Use pacing guides to determine amount of time for each topic
