How to make barbecued beef ribs

Goal

Ingredients :

1. Lime juice2. Olive oil3. Fresh garlic4. Pepper5. Slow cooker6. BBQ grill

Steps

1. Before cooking beef ribs that melt in your mouth, you have to find good beef ribs that taste good.

2. Remove the thin white layer of meat.

3. Marinate the ribs overnight with fresh-squeezed lime juice, olive oil, fresh-minced garlic and pepper in the refrigerator.

4. Fire up the BBQ grill and cook the beef ribs on each side for about four minutes. Be careful when transferring the ribs from the slow cooker to the BBQ grill. They will be so tender that they almost fall apart.

5. Add your homemade BBQ sauce during the last few minutes you cook the beef ribs. Brush it on each side evenly.

6. Barbecued beef ribs is ready to serve.
