New Process Two (2) week reporting schedule Follow the bi-weekly payroll calendar Employee Deadline: Monday, 10:00 am Supervisor Deadline: Monday, 4:00 pm

DO NOT wait until these deadlines to take action. If employees do not work on the weekend, it is recommended employees complete web time entry by 5:00 pm Friday (the end of the pay period).

Transition Period March 1 - 9 Complete a paper timesheet.• Employees must bring completed and signed

transition timesheet to training. Transactions cannot be run through the payroll

system; must be manually entered on PEALEAV.• Employees will not see the leave reported on their

pay stubs. • Leave balances will be correctly displayed on the

“leave balance” link in self-service banner.
