Regulation about scientific-educational center “Technologies of competences’

and professional qualifications’ assessment” (hereinafter – SEC TC&PQA),

Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities (SMSUH).

In its activities, SEC TC&PQA should provide the solution of the following tasks:

Creation of scientific information materials on problems of organization of educational process in institutes

of higher education;

Creation of scientific information materials on issues of development and use of qualifications frameworks;

Development of scientific-methodical support of educational process in the University;

Provision of training level of the teaching staff of the University;

Implementation of corresponding of the educational programs to the Federal state educational standards,

professional standards, national and sectoral qualifications frameworks;

Monitoring the quality and analysis of the identified problems;

Informing the public, including employers on monitoring results;

Adjustment of the scientific-methodical base.
