THE COURSE DETAILS
You’ll learn how to structure a plan of action for achieving the optimal outcome,
factoring in the constraints of time, resources and budget. And as we know, even the
best-laid plans aren’t immune to unanticipated external and internal factors that crop
up in the implementation phase. You’ll learn how to spot danger signs, and how to
adjust and adapt your approach. You’ll also learn the art of communication, and how to
tailor the message to the various stakeholders so that they get the information they
need, and you get the best results.

How it unfolds…The first week is dedicated to orientation. You’ll get to

Nigel Bailey - Red & Yellow Knowledge Partner
Nigel is one of our consultants who has collaborated with
Red & Yellow on a number of projects. Nigel has a Bachelor
of Social Science Honours degree, a post graduate diploma
in labour law (UCT) and over 20 years’ experience in business
management and people development.
He is professionally registered with The South African Board
for People Practices (SABPP) as a Chartered HR Practitioner
(Registration # 4619, and he is a member of the SABPP
Western Cape Committee.
He is known for his ability to facilitate successful training and
development events through his ability to connect with the
participants and communicate serious information in a clear
and, where appropriate, humorous fashion.
Weekly assignments build on each other (scaffold). Together with the final research project,
the outcome will be a new set of skills and the know-how to implement immediately.
