The ACOP ensures continuous payment of benefits to rightful payees in accordance with the Social Security Law.

ACOP through video conference (ACOP-VC) is an additional manner for SSS pensioners residing abroad to comply with the program to avoid suspension of their monthly pension.

All retiree-pensioners, survivor-pensioners, dependents and their guardian residing abroad may comply with the ACOP-VC.

The pensioner shall comply with ACOP with the following schedule:

• Retiree-pensioner : month of birth

• Survivor-pensioner : month of birth of the deceased member• Dependents and their guardian : month of birth of retiree-pensioner or deceased member

Make an appointment for ACOP-VC through e-mail at ofw.relations@sss.gov.ph or member_relations@sss.gov.ph with the required information.

Wait for the e-mail confirmation from SSS on the confirmed appointment for ACOP-VC together with the reference number.

On the appointment date and time, wait for the video call of the SSS agent.

- Monday from 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.; and- Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.

Accept the video call from the SSS agent.

Present reference number and valid ID/s to SSS agent.

After the video conference, wait for theacknowledgement on the ACOP compliance and schedule for next ACOP compliance through e-mail.
