We work in pairs
• Every client at pureprofile is partnered with a delivery team of at least two employees from the beginning of the project. This means that your project is covered and everyday there will be someone available to action your requests who knows what’s going on.

pureprofile tracks every profile answer provided by an Account Holder. Answers that do not meet quality standards (above example), are programmatically identified 24x7. Account Holders exhibiting these characteristics are automatically placed in quarantine, so are never part of your sample group.
