2. Back Up / Failover / Securitization

Many terms can be used for this solutions which uses the multi connectivity capabilities of the appliance. Back up solutions can be used in different order like ISDN/GPRS/GSM. With the new linux version, this solution over GSM can be used for data.

This solution takes advantage of the VoIP / GSM connectivity to reroute calls on the GSM network in case of IP failure.

This back up solutions is of particular importance for MNOs pushing one network offerings, multi site enterprises with strong SURVIVABILITY constraints such as banks and insurances.
