HOW TO MAKERAINBOW CAKE

THE INGREDIENTS

300gr sugar 200gr flour

8 Yellow of eggs White of eggs

50gr milk powder 1sdm emulfisier

Spoonfull of salt 100gr melted butter

½sdm vanilla powder Food colouring

Step to make rainbow cakes

first, beat 8 eggs, 300 gramsof sugar using a mixer untildough is well mixered and

smooth. Then enter 1 teaspoon emulsifier, 1/2

teaspoon vanilla powder and1/2 teaspoon salt, and beat

until fluffy

Use baking sheetmeasuring 24 x 12 cm, then cover with bakingpaper and put a thin

spreads butter, then pourthe butter into it.

After that divide the doughinto 6 sections on each

different container, thenevery batter in the given

colour different foods as well.

Steam the doughfor about 20

minutes, removefrom heat and let

cool.

Then set the dough to the desired color to taste, thenput a thin smear of butter

cream on the layers

After that, Cream butter apply evenly to the entire surface of

the cake, then sprinkled with a sprinkle of colorful chocolate

candies or beads on it to become more beautiful rainbow

cake.
