Refere nce S heet Adding Negative Keyword Lists to Your Account STEP ONE: Go to Negative Keyword Lists in the Tools menu
STEP TWO: Press the Blue Plus Sign
STEP THREE: Type the Name of the Negative Keyword List

STEP FOUR: Copy the List of Negative Keywords from the List’s Spreadsheet by: 1. Clicking the ‘A’ Header above the values in the first column. 2. Pressing Control-C (Command-C on a Mac) 3. When you do the above, you should see the following:
STEP FIVE: Paste the List of Negative Keywords into Google Ads

STEP SEVEN: Now go to the Negative Keywords tab in the Keywords menu
STEP EIGHT: Click the Blue Plus Sign
STEP NINE: Choose the option to “Use negative keyword list”
