• Stretches.

• Challenges muscles not typically used because we sit, drive or get stuck in positions during the day.

• Re-activate your core muscles and joint stabilizers.

• Reset/ Restore your body at the start and end of the day.

Principles

• Feel comfortable

• Never force

• No pain

• Do as much as needed

The Routine

• Doorway Stretch

• Supine – Low Back Rotation

• Kneeling– Upper Trunk Rotation

• Kneeling – Lower Body Rotation

• Calf Stretch

• Wall Sit

Repeat 5-10 x - Hold 10-20 Seconds

Repeat 10 x each side

5 x Each Side - Hold 15 seconds

Repeat 5 x – Hold 30 seconds

3 x – Hold 20-60 seconds
