MOVABLE GLASS WALLS
The movable glass wall system has been developed for comprehensive space division with glass. The rails shaped according to the divided space enable even large elements to be moved easily. Thanks to its weather-proof parts, the system can also be used out-doors, and on terraces. Indeed, it has been tested in the salty Australian sea air, and it can also withstand the cold Nordic winters.
Rails bent in accordance with the room partitions, combined with the patented latch structure guarantee easy usabil-ity.
The movable glass walls are available with sound proofing and burglary pro-tection features.
The selection of movable glass doors includes folding glass doors, sliding and stationary glass walls, terrace and external glass walls, shopping centre concepts and curved glass walls.

An electrically switchable, non-transparent smart glass wall allows for the control of the premises, or for the protection of the eyesight. The system is available as fully openable or fixed elements. Door options include glass sliding door and hinged glass door.
The system is well suited to the hospital environment, replacing fabric curtain structures. The system can be equipped with impact guards and is easy to keep clean.
The collection also includes Healt care antibacterial group spaces.

The Finnish-made Scanmikael folding glass walls are made from top-bearing glass elements that have been hinged together,without any rails installed onto the floor.
The L-35-F folding wall can be folded to the centre under the main rail, and the L-35-FEC to the side of the rail. The system can be equipped with lockable double doors, or a wicket door.

SLIDING AND STATIONARY GLASS WALLS
The Scanmikael glass walls are attached at the top, and enable to combine sliding and fixed glass walls without any lower guidance busbar installations on the floor.The fixed sections can be fitted with an adjustable socle system.
Fixed parts can be seamlessly combined with openings, and the system enables to make changes to doors, for example.

The Scanmikael shopping centre concept enables to build commercial premises flexibly. The commercial premises will have a similar appearance, achieved with a modern design of top-quality safety.
Our patented latch structure combined with Abloy’s safety locking will help to protect commercial premises from un-wanted visits.
If necessary, the elements can be com-bined with safety glass and locking sys-tems in accordance with the burglary protection category (P4A – P6B). Roll-ing grilles, stationary and movable glass walls can be combined on premises to create uniform estetics.

If necessary, the Privacy func-tion can be combined with the sound proofing walls, making dust-collecting blinds a thing of the past.
Scanmikael sound proofing glass walls available in Rw ca-tegories 28 – 43 dB. The pro-ducts have been tested by VTT.

Scanmikaels glass balustrades for public premises and homes.
Stylish full glass balustrades make for showy pillarless glass railings for indoor and outdoor applications. Ba-lustrade profiles can be fastened at the bottom or at the sides.
The profile also facilitates installa-tion of curved balustrades. The ba-lustrades can be used on landings or along staircases in private and public premises.
Profiles can be coated in any RAL co-lour, and there are many tint options for glass used in the balustrade. The range of handrail designs is extensi-ve as well.
