Steel Skid 35 lb 12” I-Beams with

48”. A “ladder” header is installed @ front and rear of floor for installation support to steel skid. Floor Decking is 1 1/8” Thick!

R-38 Floor Insulation with 1-layer of foil bubble insulation

Entire Floor is covered with 30 GA Galvanized Steel

Installation of 16”x16” vinyl floor tiles. Floor is sanded and cleaned and floor tiles are glued and rolled and installed over

entire floor.

Pre-engineered roof trusses installed 16” O.C . Trusses are glued and

foamed to ceiling panels

Exterior walls are insulated with R-21Fiberglass insulation

Exterior Sheathing for unit is 7/16” OSB with 1-layer of foil bubble

insulation.

Roof area is insulated with R-49 fiberglass insulation and is covered with 7/16” structural grade OSB

Unit is built with Low-E insulated windows with clear

glass. Exterior walls are covered with 26 GA “R-panel”

Office area also includes all electrical receptacles and phone jacks at desk

area(s)

Safety: All Skid units will include “EXIT” signs @ exterior doors and a fire

extinguisher mounted under kitchen sink area
