All of us are here because there is something inside us that said “I want to create something beautiful.”

There are many “ins-and-out” in this equation, but when you step back and look at it, we all want to design and create.

Often times we get down on ourselves because we think we are not talented or as good as the people around us.

There are always going to be people out there who are more talented than you, but you have the opportunity to succeed through the development of skill.

Without skill, even the most talented person cannot achieve their full potential and it is up to you how great you will become.

If you tend to get discouraged quickly by not liking the things you create, then take a different approach and follow a specific path to achieve a certain goal.

If you want to get better at model building, you can’t just work on building models.

You must become skilled with the materials and methods of model building first before you can work towards the final product you desire.

Try breaking everything down to its most basic form and become proficient in one step before moving on to the other.
