Patient complains of unaesthetic looking crowns in her upper front teeth region which spoils the quality

of her smile and wants to replace them with more aesthetic ones .

Similarly , a decayed root stump on the left side of her upper arch seems to be of an

aesthetic concern for the patient during smile .

We planned removal of the rootstump & immediate replacement with single piece

implants .

Single piece immediate loading BCS implant placement was done in the same visit .

On the right side , the old dental crowns were removed . It reveals the presence of a

missing tooth as well as a natural prepared tooth .

Immediate loading single piece BCS implant placement done in the missing tooth area .

Permanent zirconium crown s were placed in 4 days .

Acrylic provisional crown was placed the next day on the left side . Permanent crown can be

placed after final healing .
