Switching "ON" ChillerCheck the power supply in Chiller panel on PanelEnsure all necessary valves are in open conditionSwitch ON the required no. of Primary/ Condersor Pump(s) and cooling tower fan (s)Ensure required no. of Secondary Pumps are startedSwitch ON the Chiller in auto mode by selecting Auto on display unitCheck the inlet and outlet water temperature and all electrical parametersCheck and note all parametersRecord the readings as per the log sheet and schedule
Switching "OFF" ChillerGive Stop command at display unitCheck the equipment for stop conditionSwitch OFF CT fan, Condenser, primary and secondary pumps
