INJURY PREVENTION PROGRAM (45min/session)
Educating in proper stretches
Strengthening shoulder (RC) muscle, ankle, wrist, back
Core Stability Training
With stretch bands, toning tube etc
Plyometrics
Open Versus Closed-Kinetic-Chain Exercises
BACK CARE EXERCISE PROGRAMME- 45 min/session
(Weekly: 3 days)
Complete assessment by the physiotherapist
Do’s and don’t to avoid injuries.
Appropriate stretches and exercises
The core strengthening with the help of Gym ball, theraband etc.
REHAB FOR JOINT REPLACEMENT We offer Out-Patient Physiotherapy for joint replacement like
