do you remember the goodol’ days when you stayoutside until your momcalls you for dinner?

coz’ kids nowadays wouldrather play video games,

mobile game apps, orbe on the internet

In the last two decades, childhood has moved indoors.

The average American boy or girl spends just four to seven minutes in unstructured outdoor play each day...

and more than seven hours each day in front of an electronic screen.

True research.

Childhood obesity and behavioral disorders such

as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

(ADHD) are just a few of the results of low outdoor

activities amongst kids.

We can’t let this to keep happening right?So grab em’ thinking caps, and let’s create something fun that would help our kids go

out and play in the real world :)

Go inside your house and look for these items

you’ll be needing friends too

So this is how it will go...

1. gather the troops aka your friends

2. ask them to meet you at your backyard, the parking garage space

will do too.

3. get the items, I asked you earlier

4. and you’re ready to play...

there will be two teams. Minimum of 3 players per team.

Each team has a target. Just like in Chess, the players need to protect the king

In this case, there will be 5 kings in the form of tin cans.

Now the objective of the game is to hit the other team’s tin cans without crossing the line

Players have to protect their cans. The team with all their tin cans down is declared the loser...
