Dispose of your disposables and re-use your re-useables – there are recycling bins all over campus or if it can be re-used, then store it or share it!
If you need to print or photocopy, do it on both sides of the paper! Invest in an offi ce plant to purify the air…come and meet our ‘Aggie’ when you’re next near
the Dean’s Offi ce! Use a proper mug, glass, plate and cutlery – disposables can be wasteful and costly! Find out where your nearest Drinking Water fountain is…fill up and enjoy!

King’s will be taking part and there is a range of activities taking place across the different campuses between Monday 9 - Saturday 14 February. Recycle and dispose of waste items
For most recyclables, please use the recycling bins which are available throughout the
College.
Printer cartridges - Please pop them in your nearest cartridge recycling bin or take / send them to the Post Room for recycling
Batteries - Please place used batteries in the special bins located across each campus.
Denmark Hill battery bin locations are in the receptions of the David Goldberg centre, Henry Wellcome Building, SGDP, 4 Windsor Walk and the Institute of Psychiatry main reception
Strand and Waterloo – take or send batteries to the post room Guy’s battery bins are in New Hunt's House security and the Hodgkin Building

Electrical equipment, redundant furniture and other item disposal - Some types of waste incur a charge to the College for disposal, including items under the Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2006 such as electrical equipment, fridges or photocopiers.
