SW-PBIS School-wide Positive Behavior

Interventions and Supports

Across Our District

● Most schools in the district continue to implement School- Wide Positive Behavior Supports and Interventions.

● Schools continue to have data to support the positive impact of PBIS in their buildings.

● This year, schools focused on exploring the implementation of Restorative Practices and Alternatives to Suspension to address issues of disproportionality and suspension rates.

DuVall PBIS Initiative ● One positive is there has been a decrease in the number of daily office referrals at DuVall. We are

re-establishing our PBIS program. Currently, we have developed a schedule of bi-weekly raffles that include prizes and positive phone calls home from the principal. Students were excited during our

first round and will continue this reward event for students who earn Positive Penguin Points.
