The European Azerba i jan Soc iety (TEAS) Foundat ion was estab l ished in 2008 wi th a miss ion to ra ise awareness about Azerba i jan and to strengthen l inks between Azerba i jan and Europe.

Through cu l tura l , economic and publ ic af fa i rs act iv i t ies, TEAS has deve loped a network of stakeholders and cont inues to promote the many and d iverse bus iness opportun i t ies that Azerba i jan has to of fer .

TEAS member companies are found in a l l the markets in which i t has estab l ished of f ices: Azerba i jan, the Uni ted Kingdom, Be lg ium, France, Germany and Turkey. There are a lso bus iness l inks wi th Luxembourg, Swi tzer land, Austr ia and the Nether lands.

TEAS runs a ser ies of events throughout the year, a l l of which fac i l i ta te both profess iona l in format ion and intercu l tura l exchange.

The European Azerba i jan Soc iety (TEAS) serves as a network ing and knowledge-shar ing p lat form, a imed at foster ing bus iness network creat ion, investment opportun i t ies and strateg ic commerc ia l partnersh ips.

Every year, the TEAS Bus iness Forums br ing together investors, po l icy-makers, bankers, journa l is ts , ana lysts, NGO representat ives, Min is ters and po l i t ic ians for an extens ive programme, inc lud ing:• Chal leng ing and ins ight fu l d iscuss ion pane ls• Opportun i t ies to exchange v iews wi th Government dec is ion-makers • Fac i l i ta t ing access to bus iness leaders• Prov id ing facts, expert ise and forecasts• Network ing opportun i t ies and market d iscuss ions

Fo l lowing the successes of bus iness forums from 2011 to 2013, the 2014 forums took p lace in London and Brusse ls . In 2015, bus iness forums wi l l take p lace in Maastr icht in Apr i l , Par is in May, and in Brusse ls , Is tanbu l and London later in the year .

Des igned to act as a p lat form to deve lop bus iness networks to h igh l ight the weal th of bus iness and investment opportun i t ies that ex is t in Azerba i jan, the top ics of the TEAS Bus iness Forums are var ied. They inc lude: agr icu l ture, energy ( f rom foss i l fue ls to greener energy sources) , te lecommunicat ions, aerospace, in f rastructure, t ransport , industry and f inance.

• The headquarters of The European Azerba i jan Soc iety Foundat ion (TEAS) are reg is tered at 15 Queen Anne’s Gate, London, SW1H 9BU, Un i ted Kingdom. TEAS has s ix decentra l ised of f ices in European capi ta ls3 and in Baku that const i tu te pr imary contacts for member companies.

• Membersh ip to TEAS network re lates to the benef i ts package subscr ibed to by the company (e .g . P lat inum; Gold; Club) .

• Membersh ip to TEAS impl ies jo in ing a g loba l network of companies throughout Europe and Azerba i jan in terested in deve lop ing economic re lat ions.

• Candidate companies must be a lega l ent i ty , du ly reg is tered and be in good stand ing in the bus iness communi ty .

• Membersh ip appl icants must ensure that , to the best of the i r knowledge, a l l in format ion prov ided is accurate and complete at the t ime of appl icat ion. The European Azerba i jan Soc iety reserves the r ight to terminate membersh ip wi thout refund of the fee where mis lead ing or fa lse in format ion has been prov ided.

• The European Azerba i jan Soc iety reserves the r ight to re ject a membersh ip appl icat ion for any reason(s ) i t deems appropr iate . The membersh ip appl icant wi l l be not i f ied of any such dec is ion in wr i t ing, and any membersh ip fee wi l l be refunded wi th in 28 days of the dec is ion made by The European Azerba i jan Soc iety .

• Membersh ip is ef fect ive upon acceptance of the appl icat ion by The European Azerba i jan Soc iety and upon rece ipt of fu l l payment of the membersh ip fee.

• Membersh ips are annual and the membersh ip fee cannot be rec la imed once the term of membersh ip has commenced.

• Membersh ip renewal must be exp l ic i t ly expressed and agreed by both s ides wi th in a month before membersh ip exp i rat ion.

• The European Azerba i jan Soc iety reserves the r ight to rev ise membersh ip fees annual ly – members wi l l be not i f ied pr ior to any fee rev is ion occurr ing.

• Al l membersh ip deta i ls suppl ied by the appl icant are stored in a database on TEAS’ secure server , in respect of the Data Protect ion Act .
